Founded through medicine.Built through formulation.
Rhestore Foods was founded by Dr. Rhea Kotecha and Pravin Wadhwani, bringing together two sides of the same problem — and the same solution.
As a physician in longevity medicine, Dr. Kotecha spent years developing personalised nutrition protocols for her patients, building blends to support gut health, metabolic regulation, energy, and long-term resilience out of her own kitchen when conventional options fell short. Over time, a clear gap became impossible to ignore: patients needed structure and signals from real food, not more fragmented supplements. Alongside this clinical work, Pravin Wadhwani brought decades of experience in pharmaceutical formulation, and manufacturing, with a deep understanding of how products are scaled, processed, and delivered in the real world.
Watching these formulations take shape in the clinic, he recognised what the wider market was missing: nutrition designed with biological integrity, not marketing shortcuts. What began as bespoke blends for patients became a shared conviction:
that the way we nourish ourselves has drifted too far from how the body actually functions.
Rhestore Foods was created to bridge that gap. Together, they built Restore Foods on a simple belief: that we’ve lost something essential in modern nutrition, andthat restoring it requires clinical insight, formulation discipline, and respect for biology — working together. This is not a trend. It’s a rhevision on modern nutrition.
